Floating Well. A quieter, more intentional kind of home.
Welcome aboard Sol Y Luna — a floating home within The Yachtswoman. A study in rhythm, restraint, and the quiet luxury of living well on the water.
Not boating. Living.
Harbor Notes
Observations on life afloat—morning light, shifting tides, and the quiet rituals that shape a more grounded, intentional way of living.
Recipes
Simple, beautiful meals shaped for a smaller galley—where cooking becomes part of the rhythm of living well aboard.
Below Deck
The interior life of a floating home—where design, order, and restraint create calm within a smaller space.
Life afloat, from my point of view
I live aboard a Meridian 341 in Santa Barbara Harbor—not as a form of escape, but as a deliberate way of living.
The Yachtswoman is a reflection of that choice: a life shaped by space, light, water, and rhythm. A place where simplicity becomes refinement, and daily life becomes something quietly considered.
This is not about boating. It is about creating a beautiful, intentional life afloat.
